Some essential oils can help relax the mind and body while others will stimulate or arouse. When looking for and shopping for aromatherapy oils, try to buy the purest oils that you can. Also look for organic oils. Be wary of inexpensive or underpriced oils as they may contain lesser quality ingredients or more filler oils. |
